When will I receive my order?
Orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Shipping times may vary depending on location but most orders will be delivered within 1-2 days of being dispatched.
Can I exchange products?
You can exchange a product(s) within 30 days of the order being placed provided that the product(s) haven't been used and are in the original packaing and condition. Please be diligent with what you order in terms of sizing and suitability to avoid this happening.
What happens if an item is broken on arrival?
I will refund the total amount of the product at the time of purchase or replace the product if the item is faulty or broken on arrival. I will not be able to replace or refund items that have been accidentally or deliberately broken or damaged.
Where are your products made?
Our embellished hairclips, button clips and ribbon bows are made by me and of course, I draw and paint the portraits :) Our deluxe bows and a number of our scrunchies are handmade by a lovely and incredibly talented seamstress (and fellow mum) based in Motueka and most of the materials purchased for these products are sourced within New Zealand. The products we don't make are currently being sourced by verified factories and suppliers in North America and China. Our handmade range is constantly expanding and we now have over 80 products in this range and more on the way! We believe in being a responsible and transparent business, so if you would like more information on a specific product then please contact us using our contact page.
Do you do wholesale?
